The first impression the image creates is the delicacy. Then, if you study carefully you will notice that, although the image seems the details are giving a whole other impact!
I like the fact that the water is not troubled over her eyes as in the rest of the image. The clear water gives the impression that the girl is dreaming underwater.
Her red hair is a perfect antithesis on her white skin. And her red / pink (fuchsia??) lips are the opposite splash of color that change entirely the whole picture and create a different impact.
All in all, I think it's a strong and beautiful picture!
